1. About MAZE

MAZE ("the Platform") is operated by Fortigo Logistics Ltd. MAZE is a comparison platform that connects customers with moving companies. We are not a removal company ourselves.

2. Our role

MAZE acts as an intermediary. We help you compare and connect with removal companies and man-and-van services. Any contract for moving services is between you and the moving company directly. MAZE is not a party to that contract.

3. Using the Platform

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for your interactions with moving companies connected through MAZE.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the Platform are indicative and based on information provided by our partner movers. Final pricing is determined by the moving company after assessing your specific requirements. MAZE does not guarantee any specific price.

5. Liability

MAZE provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or reliability of any moving company listed on the Platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, design, logos, and software, is owned by Fortigo Logistics Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without permission.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
