We match by postcode prefix

The lead is matched against the UK postcode prefixes you've selected (e.g. HA, SW, M). Up to six relevant partners receive each lead.

You get the lead instantly

You receive the customer's name, contact details, postcodes, property size, move date and notes by email — and in your partner portal. Contact them directly.

How credits work
  • Prepaid credits — no invoices, no chasing.

Partner FAQs

How many partners receive each lead?+
Between 1 and 6 partners depending on the area and your matching preferences. There's no accept/reject step — when the lead is sent to you, it's yours to contact directly.
What does a lead cost?+
Most UK postcodes default to Band C: 5 credits for a Removals lead and 3 credits for a Man & Van lead. Some high-demand areas have different bands. You'll see the cost per area in your portal.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
If your balance is below the cost of a matching lead, you'll be skipped and the lead goes to the next eligible partner. Top up to resume receiving leads.
Are leads exclusive?+
No. MAZE is a comparison platform — customers expect to hear from a small number of vetted movers and choose the best fit. Speed of response matters.
What about unqualified enquiries?+
Free enquiries (rough estimates without full contact details) are not billed. You only pay credits for qualified, contactable leads.
Can I pause without losing my account?+
Yes. Use Holiday Mode to pause new leads for a date range, or set your daily cap to zero. Your settings, areas and credits stay intact.
